Birding set at Jefferson County Park

A morning of spring birding is planned at 8 a.m. Saturday at Jefferson County Park.

Meet Diane Porter and county naturalist Therese Cummiskey at the Jefferson County Park Nature Center. The group will head down the entrance road in search of thrushes, orioles and early warblers.

Participants are urged to bring binoculars.
