The Greater Jefferson County Fair begins Monday and runs all next week at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
Monday is devoted to interviews with participants and is closed to the public except for the bubble soccer at 4 p.m. at the ballfield and the Ag Olympics at 6 p.m. on the Grandstand.
The 4-H horse show begins at 8 a.m. Tuesday, and pens will be ready for livestock at 6 p.m. The fair parade starts at 6:30 p.m. runs west from Fairfield High School along Broadway Avenue to Central Park.
