FFA Week celebrations begin Monday at FHS

The Fairfield FFA Chapter will be celebrating National FFA Week next week.

The chapter has many activities planned for the week. These activities include a coloring pages contest for the elementary schools, sub-district contests, tractor day and a pancake breakfast. The chapter has also planned dress up days.

On Monday, the chapter will be going to Sub-District Contests at Louisa-Muscatine, and the participating members will be wearing official dress. Monday is also a teacher professional day, so there is no school.

On Tuesday, the chapter will dress up in camouflage and hand out ice cream sandwiches at the high school during lunch.

On Wednesday, they plan to wear flannels to go along with the tractors members will drive to school.

Thursday will be America Day, when members wear patriotic clothing.

On Friday, all school staff, FFA families, and community supporters are invited to eat at the Fairfield FFA Chapters? pancake breakfast from 6:30-8 a.m. in the Ag Shop.
