The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:


7:37 a.m. ? An officer saw a subject in a maroon van attempting to leave a parking lot in the 200 block of East Buchanan. When the subject saw the officer, he parked the vehicle and ran inside.

8:06 a.m. ? A road closing was reported at 278th and Dewberry.

8:16 a.m. ? A written warning for failure to obey a traffic signal was issued at Third and Burlington.

8:37 a.m. ? The department was contacted about a theft in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.

9:33 a.m. ? A caller reported his BMW was door dinged by a white Jeep in the 100 block of West Broadway and believes it will need to be repainted.

11:37 a.m. ? A warrant was served in the Jefferson County Jail on Mark Tollenaar for probation violation.

12:50 p.m. ? Information was provided in the 1600 block of South Main.

1:29 p.m. ? A verbal warning for a passenger-side brakelight outage was issued in the 300 block of West Lowe.

2:05 p.m. ? A possible theft was reported in the 400 block of South 20th.

2:29 p.m. ? A verbal warning for a ?slow and go? was issued at Seventh and Jefferson.

3:48 p.m. ? A parking complaint was reported at North C and Lowe.

5:19 p.m. ? An animal concern was reported in the 300 block of Broadway and 300 block of Briggs.

6:02 p.m. ? A utilities hazard was reported in the 1700 block of South Main.

7:32 p.m. ? A burglary was reported in the 700 block of West Burlington.

9:28 p.m. ? A verbal warning for a third-brakelight outage was issued at Fourth and Hempstead.

9:38 p.m. ? Police investigated shoplifting in the 2700 block of West Burlington. At 9:55 p.m., Natalie Geneva Kenly, 31, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft.



12:41 a.m. ? A verbal warning for a license plate light outage and passenger-side brakelight outage was issued in the 100 block of East Washington.

4:56 a.m. ? Psychiatric behavior was reported in the 500 block of South E.
