Congregate meals are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Fairfield Senior Citizen Center and at noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Lockridge Senior Center.
The menu is:

Tuesday ? All nutrition centers are closed. Contact the local nutrition center for options.
Wednesday ? beef tips in gravy, sour cream mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, tropical fruit, pumpkin bar.
Thursday ? spaghetti and meat sauce, mixed greens salad, dressing, banana, assorted yogurt.
Jan. 5 ? roast turkey, mashed potatoes, poultry gravy, broccoli cuts, peach-raisin sauce.
Each meal also includes wheat dinner roll or bread, unless another bread item is noted, margarine and skim milk.
Reservations for meals are required one day in advance. At the Fairfield site, reservations can be made either at the senior center or by calling 472-4403. At the Lockridge site, reservations must be called in to 319-696-3450 by 6 p.m.
For people 60 years of age and older and their spouse of any age, there is a suggested contribution based on in-come range. Individuals younger than 60 pay the full meal charge as posted at the meal site.
Check at meal sites for meal options, such as shelf-stable meals or frozen meals, to use on days when no meal is served.
Bingo is scheduled to be played from 12:15-1:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday at the Fairfield Senior Citizen Cen-ter.
Cards and other activities are planned from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Lockridge Senior Center.
