A Lunch and Learn for BizTraining, ?Essence of Successful Selling with Ben Picard,? is set from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Jefferson County ISU Extension office.
Picard is a marketing executive, with advanced degrees from Yale and Duke, plus a series of three startup exits in Silicon Valley. His modern selling skills have been honed through fundraising, recruitment, demand generation, and successful enterprise-level sales. Introducing the ?Challenger Sales? approach, Picard looks forward to sharing a counter intuitive yet proven methodology with Fairfield professionals.

The lunch-and-learn workshops and seminars are funded by the USDA Rural Business Development. The seminars and workshops are free to anyone in Jefferson County. Any firm with more than 50 employees or over $1 million dollars in annual revenue, or a non-resident of Jefferson County is asked to pay a nominal fee of $5 per event.
