8:27 a.m. ? Police investigated a burglary/breaking and entering in the 500 block of East Buchanan.
8:38 a.m. ? Police investigated a theft from a motor vehicle at Fifth and Adams.
9:21 a.m. ? Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of South Sixth. It was a civil matter.
9:27 a.m. ? Police assisted the ambulance crew in the 800 block of West Tyler.
10:07 a.m. ? Harassment was reported in the 200 block of West Burlington.
10:44 a.m. ? Police checked a location for a wanted person, but was unable to located the person.
11:24 a.m. ? A traffic accident was reported in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road. Clayton Morrison, 18, of Fairfield, was cited for an unsafe stop.
1:15 p.m. ? A dog was found in the 1000 block of West Spaulding.
2:20 p.m. ? A dumpster fire was reported in the 1800 block of West Burlington.
2:52 p.m. ? A verbal warning was issued for a traffic violation at Second and Burlington.
3:23 p.m. ? A traffic accident was reported in the 50 block of South Court.
4:17 p.m. ? A verbal traffic violation warning was issued at Ninth and Broadway.
8:33 p.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported at Jackson and Seventh.
8:53 p.m. ? A verbal warning for a traffic violation was reported at Ninth and Depot.
10:12 p.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported in the 900 block of Harrison.
11:09 p.m. ? Disturbing the peace was reported in the 1300 block of Liberty Drive.
11:50 p.m. ? A verbal warning for driving without taillights was issued at Fourth and Merrill.
2:22 a.m. ? Heather Joanne Vorhies, 33, of Santa Maria, California, was cited for failure to respond to a red light at the Maharishi University of Management campus entrance.
5:30 a.m. ? Controlled substance was reported in the 1200 block of South Main.
3:11 p.m. ? Police checked on the welfare of a person reported panhandling in the 2700 block of West Burlington.
3:39 p.m. ? Harassment was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.
4:15 p.m. ? Police investigated burglary/breaking and entering in the 500 block of West Jefferson.
4:45 p.m. ? Disorderly conduct was reported in the 1200 block of South Main.
9:08 p.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported in the 3000 block of West Madison. A black SUV had been parked and running for 45 minutes. Police found the lights had been left on and turned them off.
10:46 p.m. A verbal warning was issued for no plates at Fillmore and D. The driver had purchased the vehicle earlier in the day.
12:17 a.m. ? Police assisted the Fire Department in the 300 block of East Burlington.
12:24 a.m. ? A verbal warning for speed was issued in the 300 lock of East Burlington.
1:16 a.m. ? Tina Marie Lacoco, 50, of Fairfield, was cited for failure to prove security against liability (non-accident related) and failure to have a valid license or permit for operating a motor vehicle in the 1300 block of West Burlington.
4:03 a.m. ? A business alarm in the 2000 block of Brookville Road sounded.
7:15 a.m. ? A warrant was served on Charlie Chesshir at Fourth and Kirkwood.
11:01 a.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported at Seventh and Van Buren.
1:24 p.m. ? Extra patrol was requested in the 900 block of West Hempstead.
2:52 p.m. ? Eric Wayne Moorhead, 37, was arrested in the 200 block of North 28th and charged with domestic abuse assault.
5:44 p.m. ? Harassment was reported in the 200 block of South 15th.
7:24 p.m. ? A disturbance of public fighting was reported in the 100 block of North Main. Police checked the area, but did not locate anyone or hear anything.
2:53 a.m. ? A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of North Court.
4:12 a.m. ? Police investigated drugs-narcotic violations in the 600 block of West Jackson. Dustin Lane Canaday, 41, of Keosauqua, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rebekah Linnae Taylor, 20, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.
