8:44 a.m. ? Extra patrol was requested in the 300 block of South Third.
8:45 a.m. ? A dog was taken to Fairfield Veterinary Clinic.
8:40 a.m. ? A sudden death and body was reported in the 700 block of West Harrison.
11:36 a.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported in the 1000 block of Adams Court.
2:10 p.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported in the 300 block of East Burlington. A door was open.
2:41 p.m. ? Brandon Scott Daugherty, 35, of Fairfield, was cited for operation without registration on Fifth between Grimes and Depot.
3:51 p.m. ? Police assisted a motorist at Second and Burlington.
4:01 p.m. ? A citizen reported a strange smell, possibly a controlled substance, in the 400 block of West Hempstead.
4:21 p.m. ? A civil dispute was reported in the 700 block of West Burlington.
5:31 p.m. ? A warrant was served at Jefferson County Jail.
5:57 p.m. ? Police assisted the ambulance in the 1400 block of South Main.
6:29 p.m. ? A barking dog was reported in the 400 block of West Madison. Police checked the area and located a dog outside, but it was quiet even with the squad vehicle parked near by.
6:57 p.m. ? A parking issue was reported at O.B. Nelson Park.
6:58 p.m. ? A disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of Woodside Circle. There was no disturbance at the residence when officers arrived. The homeowners said they had been watching movies.
12:32 p.m. ? Police checked suspicious activity in the 1600 block of West Burlington. A subject said he was not breaking into any vehicles, but was looking at a vehicle that was for sale.
1:35 a.m. ? Heather Carolynne Pacocha, 33, of Hudson, New Hampshire, was cited for failure to respond to a red light at Fourth and Broadway.
