The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:


 


Monday


7:13 a.m. ? Police investigated destruction/damage/vandalism of property in the 1000 block of East Briggs. Two vehicles and a garage were egged.


10:47 a.m. ? A utilities hazard was reported in the 100 block of North Main.


1:47 p.m. ? Police walked through the Jefferson County Courthouse.


2:14 p.m. ? Police assisted the ambulance in the 600 block of East Buchanan.


2:25 p.m. ? Phone harassment was reported in the 1500 block of South D.


3:30 p.m. ? A traffic accident with minor property damage was reported in the 500 block of North Second.


4:17 p.m. ? Phone harassment was reported in the 1100 block of West Adams Court.


4:26 p.m. ? A utilities hazard was reported in the 500 block of South Fifth.


4:53 p.m. ? Extra patrol was requested in the 300 block of North 22nd Street.


5 p.m. ? Police kept the peace at a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of West Briggs.


5:30 p.m. ? Police located a person in her mother?s car in a parking lot in the 1700 block of West Burlington. She refused to give information about who dropped her off. She was released to her mother without further incident.


6:12 p.m. ? A dangerous driver was reported and located in a parking lot in the 2700 block of West Burlington. The driver said his driving was fine and denied the complaint. No intoxications were observed in the vehicle. He was released without incident.


8:06 p.m. ? Yvette Andrea Stepp, 53, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 300 block of South 17th and charged with domestic abuse assault, two counts of assault on a peace officer, false reports to public safety entities and interference with official acts (police officer, EMT, firefighter.)


7:51 p.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of East Buchanan.


8:36 p.m. ? Police investigated a burglary/breaking and entering in the 400 block of West Adams.


8:51 p.m. ? Police provided assistance at Jefferson County Health Center.


9:26 p.m. ? A violation of a no-contact order was reported in the 1100 block of South Fourth.


 


Tuesday


1:28 a.m. ? Police checked a building in the 500 block of North Fourth.


1:30 a.m. ? A verbal warning for a traffic violation was reported on Fourth Street in front of the Maharishi University of Management campus.


2:32 a.m. ? Loud music was reported in the 1100 West Adams Court.
