11:46 a.m. ? Police investigated fraud - false pretenses/swindle/confidence game in the 100 block of East Burlington.


11:49 a.m. ? A verbal warning for rolling through stop signs was issued at Second and Briggs.


11:55 a.m. ? A business alarm sounded in the 2000 block of South Main.


1:16 p.m. ? A verbal warning for a ?slow and go? at Seventh and Jefferson was issued at Sixth and Jefferson.


1:24 p.m. ? A verbal warning for a ?slow and go? at Seventh and Jefferson was issued at Sixth and Jefferson.


1:33 p.m. ? A verbal warning for seat belt use was issued at Seventh and Jefferson.


1:38 p.m. ? A verbal warning for failure to display tags was issued in the 700 block of West Jefferson.

2:59 p.m. ? Jonathan Newbold was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.


4:08 p.m. ? Darren A. Phillips, 35, of Keosauqua, was cited for failure to have a valid license or permit for operating a motor vehicle in the 700 block of West Burlington.


4:27 p.m. ? A dangerous driver was reported in the 700 block of West Burlington.


4:38 p.m. ? Police assisted a disabled vehicle at Second and Burlington.
