The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:
2:15 p.m. ? A traffic accident was reported at D and Burlington. Rhonda Kay Davis, 27, of Fairfield, was cited for running a red light while headed east on Burlington. She collided with a vehicle driven by Trista Sisk, 34, who was traveling south on D Street. Both drivers were transported to the Jefferson County Health Center. A child was in Sisk?s car, but was not transported to the health center.
7:18 a.m. ? Trespassing was reported in the 1000 block of South Main.
7:40 a.m. ? A road closure was reported on 14th Street between Jefferson and Madison avenues.
8:13 a.m. ? Theft was reported in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.
8:18 a.m. ? A motor vehicle theft was reported at O.B. Nelson Park. The vehicle is at RPM Automotive.
9:57 a.m. ? A railroad crossing arm malfunction was reported at the Spruce Avenue crossing in Lockridge.
11:07 a.m. ? Lost property was returned to True Value.
2:15 p.m. ? A verbal warning for an expired driver?s license was issued at Fourth and Carpenter.
2:58 p.m. ? Michelle Boudewyn, 38, of Keokuk, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Tyler on a warrant for violation of a no-contact order.
