10:36 a.m. ? An officer walked through Washington Elementary School.


10:37 a.m. ? An officer walked through Fairfield High School.


10:50 a.m. ? A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued at Jefferson and 22nd.


11:16 a.m. ? Illegal dumping was reported in the 700 block of West Washington.


11:52 p.m. ? Theft was reported in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.


2:06 p.m. ? An officer walked through Fairfield High School.


2:29 p.m. ? An officer walked through Maharishi School.


2:58 p.m. ? An officer walked through Fairfield High School.


3:18 p.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported at O.B. Nelson Park.


3:49 p.m. ? Police assisted the sheriff?s office with an accident at Highway 34, Exit 210, westbound.

9:43 p.m. ? A verbal warning for no driver-side headlight was issued in the 600 block of West Burlington.


10:24 p.m. ? A verbal warning for no driver?side headlight was issued in the 2100 block of West Burlington.


10:24 p.m. ? Police provided assistance in the 600 block of East Kirkwood.

2:05 a.m. -- A disturbance was reported in the 1100 block of University Manor Drive. The caller could hear a man and woman fighting.


2:17 a.m. -- A disturbance was reported at Second and Madison.


2:52 a.m. -- Suspicious activity was reported at 10th and Grimes.


2:58 a.m. -- Police investigated disorderly conduct in the 100 block of North Main. At 3:17 a.m., Lunzee Marie Adam, 29, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 100 block of North Main and charged with disorderly conduct.


4:07 a.m. -- A structure fire was reported in the 200 block of South Court.


5:04 a.m. -- Disturbing the peace, a noise complaint, was reported in the 100 block of West Madison.


7:45 a.m. -- A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued at Main and Harrison.


8:21 a.m. -- An animal concern ws reported in the 400 block of South 17th.


8:47 a.m. -- A verbal warning for an ATV was issued at Main and Buchanan.


9:27 a.m. -- A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued at Court and Kirkwood.


9:37 a.m. -- A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued at Court and Kirkwood.


10:09 a.m. -- A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued at Fifth and Fillmore.


10:14 a.m. -- A verbal warning for registration was issued at Main and Jefferson.


10:49 a.m. -- A child wandered across the street at Ninth and Grimes.


10:54 a.m. -- A red heeler puppy was found and taken to Fairfield Veterinary Clinic PC.


11:37 a.m. -- Police assisted a citizen in the 200 block of West Madison.


12:29 p.m. -- Theft was reported in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.


1:40 p.m. -- Trespassing was reported in the 2200 block of US 34. The subject was pruning trees on the Jefferson County Loop Trail.


2:34 p.m. -- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 300 block of North C.


3:02 p.m. -- Police investigated burglary/breaking and entering in the 500 block of North Main.


6:45 p.m. -- A utilities hazard was reported in the 300 block of South Third.


6:54 p.m. -- Public fighting was reported in the 200 block of East Buchanan.


6:56 p.m. -- Disturbing the peace was reported in the 100 block of South D.


7:11 p.m -- Larceny theft was reported in the 400 block of North Fourth.


7:30 p.m. -- A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued at Seventh and Jackson.


7:38 p.m. -- A violation of a no-contact order was reported at Sixth and Monroe.


8:14 p.m. -- A verbal warning for a traffic vioation was issued at Sixth and Jefferson.


8:30 p.m. -- A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued in the 300 block of West Burlington.


8:38 p.m. -- A vehicle was stopped for no driver-side headlight at Adams and Main. A verbal warning was issued for the headlight, plus Robert Dylan Keller, 37, of Bloomfield, was cited for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.


8:42 p.m. -- Police investigated curfew/loitering/vagrancy violation at Ninth and Jefferson. At 8:55 p.m., Garret Raymond Scott Bowmaster, 19, of Ottumwa, was arrested and charged with contempt of court, violation of restraining order. At 8:50 p.m., Carin Elaine Corrick, 18, of Fairfield, was arrested at Ninth and Jefferson and charged with contempt of court, violation of restraining order - aiding and abetting.


9:09 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued for no driver-side headlight in the 300 block of West Briggs.


9:14 p.m. -- Loud music was reported in the 300 block of East Burlington.


9:15 p.m. -- A verbal warning for erratic driving was issued at Sixth and Washington.


9:37 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued for driving with no lights in the 600 block of West Burlington.


11:31 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued for no third brake light at Ninth and Hempstead.


11:34 p.m. -- A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued in the 300 block of West Depot.


11:37 p.m. -- A suspicious person was reported in the 1200 block of South Seventh.


11:39 p.m. -- An officer walked through The Depot Brewery.
