7:24 a.m. ? A suspicious camper in the Jefferson County Health Center parking lot was reported.

8:02 a.m. ? Caleb Kruse was arrested at Jefferson County Law Center for third-degree burglary.

11:23 p.m. ? A citation was issued to Anna Hunter for expired driver?s license at 12th and Burlington. Shannon Campbel was arrested on several warrants out of Wapello and Davis counties.
