The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:


 


Saturday


12:02 a.m. ? A noise complaint was reported in the 400 block of North B.


12:30 a.m. ? A business alarm sounded in the 500 block of South 23rd.


12:46 a.m. ? Police checked the building at Walton Club. Everything was OK.


1:19 a.m. ? Police checked the Pence Elementary School building.


1:52 a.m. ? Police performed a warrant service in the 700 block of South Second. Orlando Wilburn, 35, of Fairfield was arrested for a probation violation.


3:18 a.m. ? A noise complaint was reported in the 50 block of North Third.


5:17 a.m. ? Bad weather was reported.


7:28 a.m. ? A verbal warning for speeding was issued in the 700 block of West Burlington.


9:55 a.m. ? A residential alarm sounded in the 3300 block of West Jackson.


10:35 a.m. ? A barking dog was reported in the 900 block of North 12th.


12:16 p.m. ? A possible domestic disturbance was reported at Eighth and Tyler. The caller could hear a male, a female and kids yelling. Police found that everything was OK and there was no domestic disturbance.


12:17 p.m. ? Billy Looney was arrested on a Henry County warrant in the 200 block of North 28th.


1:58 p.m. ? Police assisted the sheriff?s office at Eighth and Stone.


2:43 p.m. ? Jesse Rios, 23, of Fairfield, was cited for operation without registration.


2:44 p.m. ? Police investigated domestic abuse assault. At 3:34 p.m., Michael Jude Capobianco, 45, of Fairfield was arrested in the 600 block of West Adams and charged with domestic abuse assault.


3:03 p.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported at Fifth and Grimes. A male was walking down the road yelling.


4:53 p.m. ? Vandalism was reported in the 300 block of West Jefferson. It looked like someone tried to pick the front door lock.


5:21 p.m. ? A theft/purse snatching was reported in the 200 block of East Hempstead. A bag, containing a wallet, was taken out of a stroller in front of a house.


7:02 p.m. ? A verbal warning for failure to stop at a stop sign was issued at Seventh and Monroe.


7:18 p.m. ? Marquez Bane, 24, of Fairfield was arrested in the 800 block of South Second on a warrant from Wapello County District Court for failure to appear.


9:10 p.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported in the 300 block of West Grimes.


10:53 p.m. ? A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of West Burlington.


11:13 p.m. ? Police assisted the Jefferson County Health Center staff.


 


Sunday


Midnight ? A verbal warning for a headlight outage was issued at Third and Broadway.


1:06 a.m. ? A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of North Main.


2:36 a.m. ? Bad weather was reported.


4:30 a.m. ? Kyle Lee Reinier, 31, of Fairfield was arrested in the 1200 block of West Grimes and charged with operating while intoxicated-first offense and possession of a Schedule II narcotic.


5:42 a.m. ? Police assisted the Jefferson County Health Center staff.


11:10 a.m. ? Police investigated at 12th and Broadway.


11:24 a.m. ? Cheyenne Rae Brown, 20, of Fairfield was arrested in the 400 block of North B and charged with contempt of court, violation of a restraining order.


1:46 p.m. ? A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued in the 600 block of East Broadway.


2:55 p.m. ? Jeremy Allen Strayer, 41, of Keosauqua, was arrested in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road and charged with driving while barred.


3:53 p.m. ? Harassment was reported in Richland.


6:39 p.m. ? A business alarm sounded in the 2500 block of West Burlington.


7:15 p.m. ? A civil dispute was reported in the 400 block of South Main.


8:17 p.m. ? Police investigated domestic abuse assault. At 12:20 a.m. Monday, Miranda L. Innaimo, 31, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with domestic abuse assault with intent to inflict serious injury.


8:42 a.m. ? Police assisted Jefferson County Health Center. A male subject who walked away from the health center was located in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.


9:13 p.m. ? Police assisted the sheriff?s office on Highway 34, east of Exit 214, westbound.


 


Monday


3:19 a.m. -- Police checked the Fairfield Middle School building.


7:27 a.m. -- A verbal warning for a plate was issued at D and Kirkwood.


7:44 a.m. -- A verbal warning for a broken driver-side mirror and blocked window was issued at Seventh and Jefferson.


8:09 a.m. -- A municipal infractions citation for expired registration was issued at Gear and Kelp.


9:17 a.m. -- Police assisted Jefferson County Health Center staff.


10:37 a.m. -- Police signed for a dog at Fairfield Veterinary Clinic PC.


1:35 p.m. -- An animal concern was reported in the 600 block of West Jackson.


1:53 p.m. -- A verbal warning for a passenger-side brake light outage was issued in the 600 block of West Grimes.


2:14 p.m. -- Harassament was reported in the 600 block of West Monroe.


2:47 p.m. -- Extra patrol was requested in the alley between the 500 block of West Grimes and the 500 block of West Depot.


3:32 p.m. -- A dangerous driver was reported eastbound on Highway 34 taking Exit 210.


3:44 p.m. -- A municipal infraction citation was issued for a stop sign violation on Kelp, one-half mile north of Gear.


4:12 p.m. -- A disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North C.


4:31 p.m. -- A verbal warning for expired tag was issued at B and Kirkwood.


4:59 p.m. -- Suspicious activity as reported in the 600 block of West Jackson.


6:36 p.m. -- An accident was reported in the Subway parking lot in the 700 block of West Burlington.


7:31 p.m -- Suspicious activity was reported in the 900 block of South Sixth.


8:08 p.m. -- Police provided warrant service. Tyrone Marshall, 28, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant in the 800 block of West Depot.


10:50 p.m. -- A dark blue Jeep Liberty was reported stolen. The vehicle was located in the 1200 block of West Jackson.


11:32 p.m. -- Police assisted a citizen by checking on a door.


11:47 p.m. -- A verbal warning for a broken headlight was issued at 12th and Burlington.
