7:12 a.m. ? Christopher Louis Florence, 59, of Fairfield, was cited at 12th and Gear for operating a non-registered vehicle and driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.


8:06 a.m. ? A disturbance of the peace was reported in the 100 block of Iowa Avenue.


11:13 a.m. ? Theft - a gas drive-off of $51.50 - was reported in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.


11:27 a.m. ? Police investigated a burglary/breaking and entering in the 800 block of South Ninth.


12:12 p.m. ? Police investigated a burglary/breaking and entering of an unoccupied vehicle.


1 p.m. ? Several bags of miscellaneous school supplies were found by a garage in the alley in the 200 block of East Adams.


2:04 p.m. ? Identity theft was reported in the 2000 block of North Court.


2:11 p.m. ? An animal concern was reported in the 500 block of East Fillmore. It was a civil issue.


2:15 p.m. ? An animal concern was reported in the 300 block of West Briggs.


2:54 p.m. ? Public fighting was reported in the 50 block of South 12th.


3:32 p.m. ? Harassment was reported in the 200 block of South 15th.


4:14 p.m. ? A barking dog concern was reported in the 1000 block of East Briggs.


5:06 p.m. ? Harassment was reported in the 800 block of West Broadway.


6:01 p.m. ? Police were requested to keep the peace in the 300 block of North Second.


6:45 p.m. ? A civil dispute was reported in the 300 block of South 17th.


7:54 p.m. ? Kimbery Ethier, 50, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 800 block of West Depot on two warrants for possession of a controlled substance within a correctional institution (Class D felony) and possession of a controlled substance (first offense-serious).


8:02 p.m. ? A speeding driver was reported in the 900 block of West Tyler.


9:28 p.m. ? Suspicious behavior was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.


9:36 p.m. ? Police assisted the sheriff?s office in the 2700 block of West Burlington.


9:50 p.m. ? A verbal altercation was reported in the 200 block of South 15th.
