11:20 p.m. ? Police were requested to keep the peace in the 300 block of North C.


11:26 p.m. ? Police advised of park hours at Waterworks Park.


 


Thursday


7:36 a.m. ? Strange behavior was reported in the 200 block of South 15th.


10:11 a.m. ? A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South 15th.


11:32 a.m. ? A civil dispute was reported in the 300 block of North Fifth.


11:59 a.m. ? A verbal warning for a stop sign violation was issued in the 50 block of North Court.


12:43 p.m. ? Department of Human Services requested assistance in the 200 block of South 15th.


1:18 p.m. ? A possible fire structure was reported in the 1100 block of University Manor Drive. The fire department investigated.


1:32 p.m. ? Larceny theft was reported in the 300 block of North C. The caller reported the title was taken from his car.


1:33 p.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported in the 900 block of West Tyler. Jason Clark, 35, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant for fifth-degree theft (simple misdemeanor).


2:04 p.m. ? Police assisted a disabled vehicle in the 700 block of West Burlington.


2:05 p.m.-- A utilities hazard was reported in the 800 block of West Taylor.


2:24 p.m. ? Theft was reported in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.


3:51 p.m. ? An animal concern was reported in the 800 block of West Broadway.


4:16 p.m. ? Traffic violations were reported at C and Jefferson. Male subjects frequently ride a red mini bike with no plates in the area.


4:21 p.m. ? A verbal warning for driving the wrong way in the 50 block of Court Street was issued.


5:07 p.m. ? Assault was reported in the 800 block of West Lowe.


6:25 p.m. ? An object was reported in the alley in the 600 block of West Van Buren.


6:27 p.m. ? Phone harassment was reported.


6:42 p.m. ? A traffic accident was reported at South Burlington and Libertyville Road.


7:06 p.m. ? Smoke was reported at the Wagon Wheel Senior Housing, 208 S. Court. The fire department responded, and used a fan to ventilate the building. Food had been left on a stove burner that was turned on.


7:45 p.m. ? A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued at Main and Fillmore.


10:50 p.m. ? Police removed debris from the roadway at Ninth and Grimes.


11:39 p.m. ? A verbal warning for a broken license plate light was issued in the 2000 block of South Main.


11:39 p.m. ? A verbal warning for speeding on Harrison was issued in the 2100 block of South Main.


 


Friday


12:12 a.m. ? Police investigated public intoxication in the 100 block of North Court. At 1:43 a.m., Zachary George Gory, 29, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with assault on peace officer causing bodily injury, assault on peace officer causing bodily injury, fifth-degree criminal mischief, public intoxication-enhanced and interference with official acts (police officer).


12:24 a.m. ? A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Jefferson.


3:06 a.m. ? An animal concern was reported at the northeast corner of Fifth and Kirkwood.
