The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged by Dispatch:


 


Tuesday


7:08 a.m. ? Suspicious activity was reported in the 1700 block of West Burlington.


8:46 a.m. ? Loud music was reported at Park and Glenview. The homeowner was advised the caller wants to file a complaint on her for playing music too loudly.


10:02 a.m. ? A traffic collision was reported at Kirkwood and Main.


10:56 a.m. ? Vandalism was reported on the Maharishi University of Management campus.


11:13 a.m. ? Public fighting was reported in the 400 block of West Kirkwood.


11:39 a.m. ? Police were asked to do a welfare check at 10th and Depot.


2:05 p.m. ? A fire alarm sounded at 404 South Fourth.


2:09 p.m. ? A utilities hazard was reported at Fourth and Burlington. The stoplights were not working.


2:45 p.m. ? Police investigated domestic assault in the 400 block of North Sixth.


6:51 p.m. ? A business alarm sounded in the 100 block of East Burlington.


7:12 p.m. ? A tire fell off a vehicle being driven at C and Washington. The vehicle was out of the traveled portion of the road, and the tire was being changed. If a tow was needed, they were advised to call.


7:44 p.m. ? A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 500 block of North Court.


10:13 p.m. ? Police assisted a motorist in the 100 block of South 17th.


10:16 p.m. ? A violation of a no-contact order was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.


 


Wednesday


4:48 a.m. ? A disturbance of the peace was reported in the 800 block of South Second. The subject was advised of the complaint.


4:48 a.m. ? A verbal warning for a headlight outage was issued at Main and Wilson.


3:25 a.m. ? A civil dispute was reported in the 3000 block of West Burlington.


8:36 a.m. ? A parking concern in the 400 block North Main was reported.


8:45 a.m. ? Joanna Michelle Desautels, 31, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 300 block of East Burlington and charged with domestic abuse assault.


8:50 a.m. ? Ninth Street from Burlington to Broadway was reported closed.


8:57 a.m. ? Washington Avenue from Fifth to Sixth streets was reported closed.


9:31 a.m. ? Police investigated theft in the 200 block of North Main.
