12:01 p.m. ? An animal concern was reported at Burlington and Sixth. A tan and white pit bull was in the roadway causing traffic to slow.
1:43 p.m. ? An animal concern was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington. A caller said two dogs were locked in a vehicle with the windows up. The owner walked out of the store as police were walking in. She said she had only been in the store for five minutes, and there were two windows down on the vehicle.
2:06 p.m. ? A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Broadway for no passenger-side brake light.
3:34 p.m. ? A utilities hazard was reported west of Washington Elementary School on Madison.
3:57 p.m. ? A verbal warning was issued at Second and Broadway for a traffic violation.
4 p.m. ? An animal concern was reported in the 900 block of South Sixth.
5:01 p.m. ? A complaint was received about parking in the 100 block of North Fifth.
