The Polishville Association has announced its September schedule for the Polishville Community Center.
A dance is set for Sunday with Ned Francis of Mount Sterling providing the music. Food sales begin at 4:30 p.m., and dancing is from 6-9 p.m.
A second dance is set Sept. 23, with Larry Fountain of Iowa City providing the music. Food sales begin at 4:30 p.m., and dancing is from 6-9 p.m.
The dances are open to the public.
Polishville Community Center is 10 miles northeast of Fairfield on Pleasant Plain Road, then 2.5 miles east on the graveled 136th Street. It also can be found by traveling 5 miles south of Brighton on Germanville Road to 136th Street, then gravel for 1.25 miles or by traveling 8 miles northwest of Lockridge on County Road W40 to 136th Street, then gravel for 1.25 miles.
