Carter transitions to Cambridge?s Risk Assessment Team as assistant VP
Cambridge recently announced Kyle Carter transitioned to the Risk Assessment Team as assistant vice president.
In this new role, Carter is responsible for assisting with strategic objectives in relation to Cambridge?s operational, regulatory, and compliance areas while identifying potential risks for Cambridge and its independent financial advisors.
Carter joined Cambridge in 2011 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with an emphasis in brokerage trading and account supervision. He currently serves as the co-chair of Cambridge?s New Century Council, a group of next generation Cambridge independent financial advisors who provide insight into the future of advisors and clients.
Prior to joining Cambridge, Carter held leadership positions at Aegon Securities USA and Nations Financial Group.
Carter holds the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 55, 63, and 66 licenses.
Cambridge promotes Miller to director of ODAT, CAAP Trading teams
Cambridge announces Jeff Miller has been promoted to director of the Operations Development and Technology and CAAP Trading teams.
In his new role, Miller will use his experience managing the brokerage trade review for the home office to provide oversight of the ODAT and CAAP Trading Teams while assisting in the preparation for new industry regulations.
Miller joined Cambridge in 2008 as a member of the firm?s Trading Team and has nearly 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Miller was instrumental in the planning, testing, and implementation of the trading functionality of Wealthport, Cambridge?s comprehensive managed account experience.
Miller also assisted in the overhaul of trading rules engines and innovations for Wealthport.
Miller holds the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 63, and 99 licenses.
