Sept. 21 ? Sherlock Gnomes

Oct. 12 ? Coco

Fairfield Park and Rec, Fairfield First Fridays, and Fairfield Public Library invite residents to grab their lawn chairs and spend the evening in Central Park. The movie will be shown on a large, inflatable screen.

Summary of Peter Rabbit:

?Peter Rabbit, the mischievous and adventurous hero who has captivated generations of readers, now takes on the starring role of his own cute, contemporary comedy with attitude. In the film, Peter?s feud with Mr. McGregor (Domhnall Gleeson) escalates to greater heights than ever before as they rival for the affections of the warm-hearted animal lover who lives next door (Rose Byrne). James Corden, with playful spirit and wild charm, voices the character of Peter, alongside Margot Robbie, Elizabeth Debicki and Daisy Ridley voicing the roles of the triplets, Flopsy, Mopsy and Cotton-Tail.?

Fairfield First Fridays remarked, ?We are very excited to offer this series for families with children, and for the young at heart this summer.?

Concessions will be available for purchase in Central Park. The proceeds from the concessions and any free will offering will be used to fund next year?s summer movie series, for the purchase of movie rights, and other expenses of maintaining the equipment.
