The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports the following:
10:50 p.m. — A silver 2006 Ford Fusion driven by Isabel Patricia Allen, 16, Fairfield, was northbound on Pleasant Plain Road when a deer ran in front of the vehicle. Allen swerved, lost control of the vehicle, went off the road and rolled over. Allen was not injured. A passenger Jaya Marie Ahluwalia, 16, of Brighton, had a complaint of pain/injury. Allen was charged with violation of conditions of minors school license. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000.
1:20 p.m. — Dillon Jacob Rasch, 27, of Burlington, was arrest at 195th Street and Highway 218 in Mt. Pleasant and charged with: eluding law enforcement vehicle (Class D felony); driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied; and excessive speed.
4:35 p.m. — Deputies investigated destruction/damage/vandalism of property in the 1600 block of 220th Street. At 5:05 p.m., Anthony James Martin, 61, of Batavia, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal mischief.
9:45 a.m. — A traffic accident involving an animal was reported in the 1600 block of Pleasant Plain Road.
