Parkview Care Center will host a community blood drive from 9:30 a.m. to noon March 21 in its The Oaks Lounge.

All presenting donors will be entered to win a $500 Visa gift card.

Donors who last gave blood on or before Jan. 24 are eligible to give.

First United Methodist Church

First United Methodist Church will host a community blood drive from 2-6:30 p.m. March 25 in the church dining room.

Donors who last gave blood on or before Jan. 28 are eligible to give.

Van Buren County

KEOSAUQUA -- Van Buren County will host a community blood drive from 3:30 -7 p.m. March 27 at the Keosauqua Senior Center.

Donors who last gave blood on or before Jan. 30 are eligible to give.

Eligibility

Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age, although a 16-year-old with a parental permission form can donate. The form is available through www.bloodcenter.org. Donors must weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D. is required to donate. Individuals with diabetes or controlled high blood pressure can be accepted as eligible donors.
