Library offering free movie Friday

Fairfield Public Library will show a second free film this month on Friday evening.

Inspired by the powerful true story of a struggling young attorney and new mother, this 2018 film depicts a woman facing adversity in her fight for equal rights. She takes on a groundbreaking case, knowing the outcome could alter the courts’ view of gender discrimination. Stronger together, the woman attorney teams up with her attorney husband to fight the case that catapults her into one of the most important public figures of our time.

Doors open at 7 p.m., and the movie starts at 7:30 p.m.

Donations for organic popcorn help renew the library’s movie license.

The library’s movie license does not allow it to advertise the movie title. For detailed information, go the Fairfield Public Library’s calendar on the website at http://www2.youseemore.com/fairfield/.
